Avril, 27, and Deryck, 31, purchased the property in 2006, the year that they married.  Situated on the prestigious gated enclave of Bel Air Crest, the spectacular Mediterranean Estate is listed as offering “complete privacy, luxury, and comfort.” The master bedroom in the house has been made into almost a mini-household, featuring a kitchenette, fireplace, patio, custom walk-in closets and dual baths.
