A local realtor has confirmed Beyonce and her husband visited Martin\'s seven-bedroom home, which is on the market for a whopping $12.5 million. In addition to its opulent stucco exterior, the 9,491 square-foot home features marble floors, wrought-iron lattice work and high-ceiling archways. The mansion, located in the most expensive area of Miami Beach, also contains ten bathrooms and a massive swimming pool.
