House Tavonatti designed by Par Arquitectos
House Tavonatti was designed by Par Arquitectos as a retreat in the region of Cachagua, Zapallar, Chile. Completed in 2011, the residence consists of two blocks, one on top of the other. Exterior staircases connect the perpendicularly
arranged units, unveiling a series of open-plan spaces. The terrace, located at the upper floor offers striking views of the beautiful surroundings. You can enjoy lounging around a good book or have a chat over a coffee with friends.
Built in response to the sloping site, the house is ideal for someone who desires to disconnect from a typical lifestyle and embark away from the traditional homes. The ground floor houses the kitchen, a dinning area and the bedrooms which open out to the courtyard, embellished with distinctive plants and flowers. At the upper floor, one can find a generous sunlight living room adorned with sea-themed decorations and shabby chic details. An elongated deck/ terrace (accessed from the living room) blends harmoniously with the natural landscape, allowing guests to bask in the sun.
