Regional UNESCO educational bureau for Arab countries in Beirut on Monday signed, in association with education and higher learning ministry, an agreement of cooperation with the Kuwaiti Institute for Advanced Science over the project relevant to supporting secondary education for students affected by the Syrian crisis, at the headquarters of said bureau.

Kuwaiti Ambassador Abdul Aal Qinai, attending the event, said that his country would always seek to highly improve Arab human.
