Al-Quds University in the Old City of Jerusalem Israeli police Tuesday shut down the office of al-Quds University in the Old City of Jerusalem to prevent Palestinian groups from holding a meeting opposed to negotiations, according to reports. They said the police informed the office that the centre will be closed for the day and ordered people inside to leave it.
Police kept presence in the area to make sure the meeting will not take place, said witnesses.
