Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al Za'abi, UAE Ambassador to Pakistan has visited the Sheikh Zayed International Academy, SZIA, in Islamabad.
During his visit he met with administrative and teaching staff as well as students of the academy. He was accompanied by Abdullah Al-Khamis Al-Kaabi, Third Secretary at the UAE Embassy in Pakistan.
Speaking to students and members of the academy, Al Za'abi praised their dedication and keenness on developing the academy in Pakistan. He stressed the importance for educational institutions in enhancing the capabilities for future planning. He said that the World Teachers' Day confirms that responsibility on teachers is doubling.
The Sheikh Zayed International Academy was established in 2003 by the generous funding from late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. It is one of the largest educational institutions in Islamabad and has been given attention by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.
