The Health Ministry said that one person was killed and nine others were injured when a microbus overturned on the eastern desert road (Al-Karymat road) near El Saf city of Helwan.

Head of the Ambulance Authority Ahmed el Ansari said that seven ambulances rushed to the site to move the dead and the injured. 

The injured were moved to Atfih Central Hospital, he added. 

Health Ministry Spokesman Khalid Megahed said the injuries include fractures, abrasions, bruises and post-concussion symptoms
