President Arif Alvi Monday telephoned President of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Shahbaz Sharif to condole the sad demise of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz, wife of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who breathed her last, following an year-long battle with cancer in London.

President Alvi prayed to Allah Almighty to bless the departed soul and to grant courage to the family to bear the loss.
