Prime Minister Imran Khan Sunday visited the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to pay respect to the father of the nation.
The prime minister, who arrived here on daylong maiden visit to Karachi after assuming the office, was accompanied by Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and his Special Assistant on Political Affairs Naeemul Haq.
The prime minister laid wreath at the mausoleum and offered Fateha. He also wrote down his comments at the guest book paying tribute to the great leader.
Meanwhile, the prime minister also visited the mausoleums of Pakistan’s first prime minister and leader of the Freedom Movement Liaqat Ali Khan and Fatima Jihhah, the sister of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, both buried in Mazar-e-Quaid. He laid wreaths and also offered Fateha there.
