President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a presidential decree on Tuesday appointing judge Islam Abdel Badie Mohamed Ibrahim as a secretary of the State Council.

The decree, No. 613 for the year 2017, is effective starting from May 13, 2017.

President Sisi also issued decree No. 614 of 2017 to appoint some of 108 secretaries at the State Council, starting from September 24, 2017
