President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued on Thursday a decree considering as a public utility a Qaliobiya wastewater pumping station.
The president issued another decree considering as a public utility a wastewater treatment station in Qaliobiya's Kom Ahmar.
Under the decree, needed lands for the project will be secured.
The decrees were published in the Gazette out Thursday.
