The Saudi Health Ministry on Monday announced four new cases of the corona virus, known as the Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) and three death cases along with two cured.
The new cases bring to 1,220 the number of cases detected in Saudi Arabia since June 2012, a statement by the ministry said.
The statement added that 520 cases died and 624 cases were cured, while 62 cases are still receiving treatment along with 14 other cases isolated in their homes.
