The administrative court has overruled a request by jailed businessman Hesham Talaat Moustafa to be released on health grounds.

Moustafa had made it clear in his request that imprisonment posed a threat to his life, given his health condition.

Moustafa is serving a 15 years rigorous imprisonment on charges of provoking a former officer, Mohsen el Sokkari, to kill Lebanese artist Suzan Tamim in the UAE
