Cairo - MENA
Egypt appreciates Saudi Arabia's supportive stance and its contribution to the social and humanitarian sectors in Egypt, especially regarding healthcare, Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab said.
During a meeting on Saturday to outline how the Saudi Fund for Development can contribute to developing Qasr Al Aini Hospital, Mahlab said a clear-cut plan with set timetables should be drawn up as the hospital deals with nearly 1.4 million citizens.
The meeting was attended by the health and higher education ministers, a number of fund officials and the Saudi ambassador in Cairo.
