Arab Actress Arwa Goda expressed her pleasure for the success of her latest works, including “Hell’s Stone” and “This Evening”, saying that she received increasing positive reactions for her role in “This Evenining” as a large number of critics were keen to praise her performance during the TV drama show and considered it one of the great works in the history of Arab drama.
She expressed her pleasure for the success of her TV drama show “This Evening”, saying that it discussed a large number of issues facing each Arab family clearly.
She added, in a statement to “Egypt Today”, that she was aspiring to participate in more than one drama work during the latest drama season of Ramadan, saying that she apologized for not participating in a number of works, as she was preoccupied in filming her new series “This Evening”.
She stressed that she is keen to perform well in each role she takes, saying that she works to understand the dimensions of the personality she performs to represent its different sides. She praised the role performed by her mother to push her forward in her career, saying that she supported her to achieve success in this career since the beginning.
Regarding her participation in “Hell’s Stone”, she revealed the reasons behind her approval to participate in TV drama show“Hell’s Stone”, saying that it is not only the scenario that pushed her to accept participating in the series, while the whole staff also performed a major role to push her to participate in the new series.
She added, in a statement to “Egypt Today”, the series discusses new and different idea, as it discusses the position of woman in the Arab communities, stressing that drama should discuss the social issues to touch with the daily problems facing the people.
She explained her position from returning to present TV shows, saying that she does not refuse to present TV shows, which have distinctive ideas, to serve its appearance, adding she does not prefer to sit on a chair without interest.
She confirmed that she does not mind to return to work in the field of fashion as well, in which she began her career, noting that this field is what has opened the door before her to enter the art.
Gouda added, in statements for Egypt Today, that she cannot refuse an artwork which will add value to her artistic career. "I'm an artist and presented a lot of roles and aspire to present more, but my steps should be different and push me forward," she said.
She denied what was published over her apology for not participating in “Forced Escape” film, saying that she will not any work with Egyptian superstar Ahmed Al Sakka, as they cooperated many times before. She stressed that she has not received any offer to participate in the film, saying that what was published in this regard are unfounded rumors.
