"Seaedy Fe El Gamaa El Amricia" is one of the most important works presented by actor Mohamed Heneidy. The film's revenues, which exceeded EGP 27 million,  is the highest in the history of cinema. As time and years passed, it remained one of the most memorable films in the history and minds of public.
No one expected that the story of Khalaf Al Dahshori Khalaf, a young man from a small village in Upper Egypt (Sa'ed), who gets a scholarship to the American University in Cairo, will be repeated in a second part.
Th e idea of filming a new part of the film came after a joke on social networking sites by one of his followers, asking him " How many retweets you want to make a new part of "Seaedy Fe El Gamaa El Amricia"? Heneidy answers in a sarcastic way, saying 100 thousand. But this is what has already been achieved, which led him to announce that he prepares for a second part of the film, after more than 17 years from presenting the first part, which achieved a great success.
Despite the enthusiasm of a large number of filmmakers such as author Medhat Al Adl, who said he excited but looking for an idea adds something new to the success of the film.
The same is true for actor Tarek Lotfi and Hany Ramzi, who have confirmed their desire to participate and their love for the idea of ​​filming new part, but it depends on the subject to be addressed in the film.
Critic Tarek al-Shennawi believes that the issue is related to the exploitation of a previous success and there is no new part except with a goal, adding that it is supposed for the author to look for new part  not the hero of the work, which indicates that the writer has no new to present it.
He explained issue of participation of first part's stars is not easy, especially that both of them have success, adding that Heneidy did not become the first to achieve revenue.
On the other hand, critic Nader Adly confirmed that Heneidy's announcement of a new part of the film is a quick response to his failure in his latest film, "Antar Ibn Ibn Ibn Shaddad." He pointed out that the implementation of a new part is difficult.
