Singer Jahda Wahba

Lebanese singer Jahda Wahba said that she has a great ambitions to achieve in her career as a singer, saying that each artist should be convinced that his ambitions are great and it is not easy job to achieve theses aspirations that need time and efforts to be met.

She added that she was interesting in reading since her childhood saying that she was not spending her time in playing like other children, while she was playing with the words she reads. She was trying to compose them and sing them.

She added that her father was keen to give her books as gifts when she achieved any success in her career. She stressed that she was keen to give poems she reads a musician dimensions. She added that she was playing with poets, while she enriched her hobby through studying music. She added that she received lessons in music, singing and theatre to enrich her talent.

She added that she also focused on studying foreign poets, saying that she worked to translate a large number of them to Arabic to realize its dimensions. She participated in a large number of Poetery evenings to deepen her relations with poets in all over the Arab countries. 

She stressed her keenness to improve her talent to achieve her unlimited ambition, saying that the limited ambition is enough to kill any talented artist. She stressed that she lives in conflict with music and words to achieve the best in her career.

She expressed her appreciation to the Sufi poets, saying that she has great relation with Sufi poems. She added that this kind of poems performed a major role in increasing her awareness in this world of art and pushed her forward in her career. She praised great poet Mahmoud Darwish saying that she hopes to be one of his poems. She added that she was keen to sing poems for a large number of Arab poets from all over the Arab world.

She praised the songs of Iraqi singer Kazem Al Saher, saying that she loves to hear the songs of a large number of Arab singers including Sherine Abdel Wahab and Hussein Al Jassmi

She added, "I am now producing for myself, and I try, from time to time, to produce as producers who believe in what I do to support me in production, but this is a little bit of what happens, and the fact that I have produced all my work, but remains It is available to people to listen to this type of work and to acquire albums in electronic publishing through concerts and festivals that I intend to participate in and cultural activities

She added that Two new albums will be released together, I will have a concert in the UAE on December 21 in Abu Dhabi, the poetry festival will be opened in Lebanon on 23 November, and later in Oman in a joint concert with Ali Al Hajjar, with the participation of the Oman Symphony Orchestra , Led by Maestro Maestro André El Hajj
