Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) Director Moustafa el Fiqi said on Tuesday the library is organizing cultural seminars at public libraries across Egypt.
The seminars fall within the framework of the BA's counter-terrorism program.
The BA started organizing seminars in Menya, to be followed by seminars in Damanhour, Port Said and Ismailia.
