The Health Ministry announced on Sunday the death of an Egyptian pilgrim, taking the number of Egyptian pilgrims who died in Saudi Arabia to Four. 
A man, 70, from Monufia governorate died as a result of a heart attack, said head of the Hajj medical mission Ahmed el Ansari.
The emergency room is coordinating with the bodies concerned to issue the death certificate for him, Ansari added.
