Egypt is concerned over the latest developments in Yemen after the killing of former president Ali Abdullah Saleh by the Houthi rebels, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid said on Monday.
In a statement, he added that the latest developments come as a result to the toppling of the legitimate government in Yemen as well as the foreign intervention in its internal affairs.
He reiterated Egypt’s stance that calls for committing to political solution to the Yemeni crisis including the national dialogue outcome and a Gulf initiative
