Egyptian economic reforms are on the right track, said the South Korean ambassador to Egypt, stressing that Egypt will witness an economic boom soon.
Citing viewpoints of many world economic experts, Yoon Soon-Gu said Egypt can get out of its economic crisis within three years.
Foreign investors view Egypt as a promising market but they face some hardships, he said at a press conference at Bibliotheca Alexandrina on Thursday, stressing that South Korean investments to Egypt will increase within the coming period.
The diplomat said relations between Egypt and South Korea are outstanding and they were further developed after President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's visit to South Korea last year.
He also expected that the number of South Korean tourists to Egypt will increase within the coming period, saying Egypt is an attractive tourist destination much loved by South Koreans.
