Investment and International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nasr had separate meetings with the Qalyubiya, Matrouh, Luxor governors to discuss investment opportunities.

During her meeting with the Qalyubiya Governor, they discussed a plan to develop El Qanater el Khayreyya city and set up a number of investment and tourism projects.

They also mulled final arrangements for establishing two investment zones for food and small-scale industries.

Nasr also had a meeting with the governor of Marsa Matrouh to discuss investment opportunities within the framework of the North West Coast Development Project, which is expected to secure hundreds of thousands of direct and indirect jobs.

The minister also had talks with the governor of Luxor to review investment opportunities in the Upper Egyptian governorate.

The Investment Ministry will soon announce investment opportunities in Luxor, Nasr added.
