Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Saturday said an announcement made by Hamas has practically met conditions set by the Palestinian leadership to end the division and achieve national reconciliation

Addressing a meeting of Fatah Central Committee, Abbas said such developments need extensive discussions of the Palestinian leadership.
