The Supreme Media Council has urged Arabs to set their disputes aside and focus on efforts to counter a bigger threat; terrorism that is.
It is a real threat to every Arab citizen, said head of the SMC Makram Mohamed Ahmed in his speech in a meeting of the executive office of the Council of Arab Information Ministers ON Tuesday.

Ahmed thanked all ministers and heads of delegations for observing a moment of silence in mourning of victims of Friday's terrorist attack on a mosque in North Sinai.
He was particularly thankful to Saudi Information Minister Dr Awwad bin Saleh al Awwad, who chaired the meeting.
