Law enforcement forces of the Third Field Army have killed two Takfiri elements in central Sinai and destroyed several hotbeds that include materials used to manufacture bombs, military spokesman Colonel Tamer el Refaei said in a Friday statement.

The forces also destroyed six motorcycles belonging to the Takfiri elements and seized a pickup laden with a large amount of narcotics near a crossing, he added.

The move comes as part of efforts exerted by the Armed Forces to confront terrorist and criminal elements, he noted.
