The activities of the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) kicked off Tuesday in New York City, in the presence of leaders of participating delegations including President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will brief the UNGA on the annual report about the activities of the organization, in line with article 110.
