US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Thursday said it has estimated that there are 20 million victims of human trafficking across the world. 
Clearly, we have a lot of work to do and governments around the world have a lot of work to do, Tillerson said. 
North Korea, for instance, depends on forced labor to generate illicit sources of revenue in industries including construction, mining, and food processing, he noted.
