Egyptian Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa called on Kazakh students and preachers to be messengers of peace and hope to their country and Central Asia.

During a religious and cultural meeting on Wednesday at the Egyptian Islamic Culture University here, Gomaa urged them to spread the true Islamic ideology away from extremism that violates Islam's tolerate teachings.

The Egyptian Awqaf Ministry is ready to offer all kinds of support to Kazakh students and imams and organize training courses to them in Egypt, he said.
