Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and his German counterpart Sigmar Gabriel signed Sunday a cooperation agreement between both countries on migration.

Shoukry arrived earlier Sunday in German capital Berlin where he held talks with Gabriel on various bilateral and regional issues of common interest for the two countries.

Both ministers discussed the Libyan crisis and peace in the Middle East, as well as ways to face illegal migration.
