Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov discussed with his US counterpart Rex Tillerson the Astana next international meeting on Syria, scheduled for May 3 and 4.
According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, in a statement, the two ministers discussed during the telephone call preparations for the upcoming meeting, as well as a number of issues related to bilateral relations.
The Kazakh capital Astana hosted three international meetings on the crisis in Syria, the first on January 23 and 24, the second on February 16 and the third on 14 and 15 March.
