Russia's President Vladimir Putin ordered signing an agreement between Russia and Belarus on establishment in the territory of the republic of a Russian air base, the order is published on the official website of legal information.

"Order the Russian Defence Ministry with involvement of the Foreign Ministry to have talks with the Belarusian side and on reaching an agreement sign it on behalf of the Russian Federation," the document reads.
