The UAE Government voiced its support to the nomination of Ambassador Moushira Khattab as Egypt's candidate for the post of Director-General post of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation, UNESCO.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, stressed the stance noting Khattab's expertise and capabilities that qualify her for this position. The ministry highlighted the strong relations between the two countries, emphasising Egypt's outstanding contributions to human civilisation, and its leading role in promoting science and culture.
