Israeli army demolishes home of Halamish attacker

Israeli forces demolished early Wednesday the house of Omar Abdel Gelil al Abed, a 19-year-old Ramallah resident who stabbed and killed three Israeli settlers in the settlement of Halamish north of Ramallah on July 21.
Israeli army, backed by two bulldozers and more than 15 military patrols, broke into Kobar village in Ramallah at dawn of Wednesday and began leveling to the ground al Abed's house.
Clashes erupted in the village during the demolition.
Israeli forces fired rubber-coated steel bullets at the protesters, injuring about 27 of them, including Palestine TV cameraman Mohammad Radi.
Israeli army detained al Abed’s parents and his brother over the past few days.
