The Palestinian government praised efforts exerted by Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, to support the steadfastness of Jerusalemites and defend the Al Aqsa Mosque/Haram Al Sharif.

In a press statement on Thursday, official spokesperson of the Palestinian government Yousef Al Mahmoud also praised the martyrs and all the Palestinian people who defended Al Aqsa and Jerusalem on behalf of the Arab and Islamic nations.
