As many as 12 people were killed and other four wounded on Monday in an explosive charge blast at Al Dale'e governorate in southern Yemen, Yemeni sources said.
An explosive device exploded in a car carrying a group of workers on the road in front of a gas station in Qa'atabah District of Al Dale'e governorate killed 12 persons and wounded four others, reported Sky News channel quoting Yemeni sources as saying.
