Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler said Tuesday it\'s possible he might play Sunday against Minnesota. Speaking on his weekly radio show on WMVP-AM, Chicago, Cutler said he feels \"as normal as can be\" as he recovers from a concussion suffered Nov. 11 against Houston. He said he met with his doctors Monday and would see them again Wednesday and Thursday. \"I\'ve got a few more hoops to jump through, so we\'ll see how it goes this week,\" said Cutler, who did not accompany the Bears to San Francisco for their game against the 49ers Monday night, a 32-7 loss. \"Yeah, I\'ll be back. I can\'t say [Sunday against the Vikings] for sure. There\'s still some things we have to get down and we\'re still going through the process. But I will play again this year, no doubt about that.\" Texans linebacker Tim Dobbins was fined $30,000 by the NFL for his hit on Cutler. The quarterback said he didn\'t think Dobbins intended to hurt him. \"I don\'t think there was malicious intent,\" Cutler said. \"It\'s a reaction game. Guys aren\'t out there planning on taking guys out. ... He\'s out there reacting. He\'s playing football. I wouldn\'t want to be a defender in this league in this era. It\'s hard. You\'re expected to play at an extremely high level, extremely fast, but your target has shrunk significantly over the years on where you\'re able to hit guys.\"
