Former Chelsea manager Luiz Felipe Scolari has revealed his desire to return to the English Premier League. The 63-year-old, who was sacked as coach of Brazilian top-flight club Palmeiras Thursday, told SBS The World Game that he had unfinished business in England, reports Xinhua. “If I had the chance to go back I would not hesitate,” Scolari said. “The English league is fantastic — the best in the world.” Scolari joined Chelsea in July 2008 following successful spells as coach of Brazil — whom he led to victory at the 2002 World Cup — and Portugal. But he was sacked just seven months into his contract at the Stamford Bridge amid a poor run of results. Scolari admitted he fell out with striker Didier Drogba over a decision to select Nicolas Anelka ahead of the Ivorian. “Yes we had some problems,” Scolari said. “He wanted to play despite being injured. “He understood differently. When he was in good condition he thought he was the best option but we also had Anelka who was playing very well at the time. That was the start of the problems.”
