The Administrative Control Authority (ACA) foiled on Thursday an attempt by a murder defendant to escape charges by forging hospital check-in papers.

The defendant was trying to forge official papers to prove that he was at Al Gomhuria Public Hospital in Alexandria at the moment the murder was taking place.

His partners in the forgery crime were arrested.

The prosecution decided to remand all defendants in custody for four days pending investigations
