An Algerian aid flotilla for the Somali people loaded with 12,000 tones of foodstuffs will head by end of September for Mogadishu, announced Tuesday in Algiers President of Association Al Irshad Oual Islah Nacereddine Cheklal. Those responsible for this solidarity operation are waiting the authorization of the official authorities to leave for drought-hit Somalia, Cheklal told a news conference.
