The Arab League has stressed the need to step up and reactivate the Arab boycott of Israel at the official and Arab levels. This came in an inaugural speech Ambassador Mohammad Sebeeh, the Arab League Assistant Secretary General for affairs of Palestine and the occupied territories delivered before the opening of the 86th course of the regional liaison officers of the regional offices for boycotting Israel . The three-day course , to continue for three days, is set to draft a report on activation of official and popular-level Arab boycott of Israeli products. Ambassador Mohammad Sebeeh, further said that activating the Arab boycott of Israel aims to coerce Tel Aviv recognize the usurped Arab rights, namely the Palestinians\'\' right to freedom and independence. Sebeeh, stressed the need for reactivating such a boycott which is considered as a weapon of deterrence, in light of remarks by the Knesset chairman, claiming that \"territories of the State of Israel stretch from the Nile to the Euphrates.\" Subeeh also called for the need to support the Palestinian draft before the UN dais for the full recognition of the establishment of the Palestinian state as per the UN related resolutions. For his part, Ghaleb Saad, the general commissioner of the main office for boycotting Israel, condemned Israel\'\'s policy of procrastination and dodging toward the peace process. The meeting is the first to be held at the league headquarters since 10 years ago.
