Bahrain strongly condemned the terrorist attack which targeted a camp for displaced people in the governorate of Anbar in north Iraq, leaving several people dead and injured.
The Foreign Ministry extended deepest condolences to the Government of Iraq and the victims’ bereaved families and relatives, wishing the wounded quick recovery.
The ministry reiterated Bahrain’s rejection of violence, extremism and terrorism, urging stronger international cooperation and efforts to combat terrorist organisations which are threatening the international security and stability.
