The Cabinet, under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, approved granting compensation for people who were affected by the blaze that broke out at Imbaba market in Giza, Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali announced on Wednesday.
In a press conference, held at the cabinet’s headquarters, Wali said the fire had caused damage to eight apartments and 26 selling spaces.
Compensation was paid for those who were injured in the terrorist attack on a bus carrying Coptic Christians in Minya governorate on Friday, the minister added.
