The Cassation Court has upheld a death sentence against terrorist Adel Habbara for killing a detective in Sharqiya.

The verdict reached today cannot be further challenged.

The Cassation Court had also upheld several days ago another death sentence against Habbara in connection with the second Rafah massacre.
