Egypt’s Ambassador to Jordan Tarek Adel attended the Christmas Mass held on Thursday at the Egyptian Orthodox church in Amman.

In a statement on Saturday, Adel conveyed the greetings of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to the Egyptian Copts in Jordan.

A number of officials at the Egyptian Embassy in Amman were present at the Mass led by Father Antonious Hanna who gave a speech about tolerance and acceptance of others, wishing more stability and security for Egypt and its people, the statement added.
