The Envoy of His Highness the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Deputy Premier and Interior Minister, Sheikh Mohammad Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, has handed a letter from the Emir to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud of Saudi Arabia.
