The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) has rehabilitated six wells in the western coast of Yemen as part of its humanitarian and relief programme in the country.

The wells were provided with solar-powered pumps, the organisation said.

The population of the western coast thanked the UAE for its timely assistance, which helped in easing their economic woes, they said
