The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has sent urgent relief convoy to some areas in the Governorate of Hadramaut due to dire conditions endured by the population there.

The aid convoy is a continuation of the ERC's humanitarian aid programme and part of a number of campaigns carried out in all Hadramaut and other remote areas.

Beneficiaries expressed their happiness at the arrival of the convoy and stressed that it came at the right time to alleviate their suffering as result of the deterioration of the economic situation and disruption of the sources of income.
