Bosnia's Grand Mufti and President of the Council of Ulema Dr. Mustafa Ceric has expressed gratitude to Kuwait's Ministry of Awqaf for supporting ventures that serve the Muslims of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Ceric, during a meeting with the Kuwaiti ambassador to Bosnia Mohammad Fadhel Khalaf, on the occasion of the advent of the fasting month of Ramadan, affirmed gratitude of the Bosnian Muslims for Kuwaiti for launching projects that help preserve "the Muslims' existence in the region, particularly in the areas where they have been forced to relocate." The Mufti, during the meeting with the diplomat, expressed congratulations on the start of the holy month. Ceric also expressed appreciation for the role played by the State of Kuwait in support of Islam and Muslims in various regions of the world, namely in Bosnia. He asked the ambassador to relay his good wishes to the Kuwaiti leadership on the advent of Ramadan.
