Prime Minister Saad Hariri congratulated via Twitter, on Saturday evening, the newly elected Head of Engineering Syndicate in Beirut, Jad Tabet, and his Syndicate members, considering the elections' outcome as "a new victory for democracy in Lebanon, initialed by Beirut's Engineers."
