Vice-President of the Republic, Hassabo Mohamed Abdul-Rahman will address, Monday morning, the opening sitting of the Regional Workshop of the Committee of Intelligence and Security Services of Africa(CISSA) Regional Workshop. 
The workshop will be held under the title: Phenomenon of mercenaries, foreign fighters and terrorists and non-governmental rebel organizations and their impact on security and stability in Africa" at High Academy for Strategic and Security Studies, Soba Quarter, in Khartoum.
